Fun Facts
Why I Became An OT
I love working with children, teens, and adults to overcome what's getting in the way of doing the things that matter most to them - whether that's goals at home, school, work, or fun in the community! Working as an OT at CATS allows me to be creative in using holistic, respectful, and evidence-based approaches that are tailored to each uniquely amazing person.
Life Long Learning
In addition to my OT degree from McMaster University, I have additional training in:
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Neurodiversity-affirming sensory processing
- Executive functioning strategies
