Fun Facts

Why I Became An OT
I became an OT because I wanted to support children and families to reach their goals in a holistic and collaborative way. I love the opportunity to incorporate creative problem solving and fun into learning and skill-building.
Life Long Learning
I have a Bachelor of Science with a Specialization in Biology and Psychology, and a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy, both from Queen’s University. In addition to my University training I have further training in:
- Foundations in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Kids (Trauma-Informed Interventions for Depression, Anxiety, Autism, ODD, PTSD & More)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Adolescents
