Why I Became An OT

 I fell in love with OT because of its holistic approach to working with people! I am very interested in how the mental, physical, and spiritual parts of ourselves combine in our life to help or hinder our ability to live to the fullest in the environment that we are in.

Life Long Learning

I have an Undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics, Masters degrees in Kinesiology & Health Science and in Occupational Therapy. In addition to my University training I have further training in:

• Culinary Nutrition,
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
