CAMP FAQ
Are the age ranges strict?
No, our age ranges are meant as a suggestion. We can be flexible with the ages to ensure that your child is in a group that is most appropriate for them.
How will camp be billed?
CCamp will be receipted to families at $100 per day as ‘Occupational Therapy Group Services’. The parent consultation is billed as $100 ‘OT Services’ and can be in the parent or child’s name.
Please note we require a deposit of $100 to reserve your spot in one of our CATS Summer Camps. We require the rest of the full $500 payment on the first day.
Who is running the group?
Group will be run by a member of our CATS Crew who will be assisted by one or two McMaster final year OT students. Groups are a max of 6 children, so a max of 3:1 ratio.
What if the group fills before I sign up?
Please reach out still as we will keep a waiting list incase someone has to cancel, or we have enough interest for a second group.
Do I have to be a current or previous CATS client?
CATS Summer camp is open to all children who are appropirate for a group setting. If you are not a current client with CATS we do require that you complete a discounted initial OT session ($100) to ensure that your child is an appropriate fit for CATS Camp.
Are camps offered at your other locations?
Yes! We are also offering the groups in our Guelph location. We would love to hear from you if you are requesting camps at our other locations for our future planning.
