CATS Cambridge Summer 2025 Service Packages
CATS offers OT services in a package delivery model to promote a commitment to one another for optimal goal attainment, communication, and collaboration.
* Clients starting services in summer are NOT guaranteed a fall spot, but we do anticipate fall room at this time. *
Intake Package
- 1 in person session with child (50 min)
- 1 parent consult – 20 mins by phone or virtual
Summer Package
- 5 or more sessions booked online to fit your schedule ($150/ 50 min session)
- Recommended– 1 Parent Consult ($150/ 50 min session) (may be scheduled in September)
- Booked on line by family/client – Package to be used over July and August

Week Long Camp
- Invoiced to you as $100 per day as Occupational Therapy Group Services
- Optional – parent feeedback & recommendation session (+$100)
- July 14 – 18 , 2025 – Social Scouts (Grade 1 – 3)
- July 21 – 25, 2025 – Social Explorers (Grade 4 – 6)
- Aug 18 – 22, 2025 – Social Scouts (Grade 1 – 3)
- Aug 25 – 29, 2025 Back to School Camp (Grade JK-1)
- All camps 9am – 12pm. All camps include outdoor time and crafts, games and fun! Each day of social camp includes 1 social lesson and support for individual social goals.

- 50 min OT session $165
Summer Flex Package Details
* Clients starting services in summer are NOT guaranteed a fall spot, but we do anticipate having room for most to continue in the fall. You will be added to the top of our fall waiting list.*
Payment and Invoices
Package payments require a deposit of half of your package by the start of your treatment block (first session after intake). Session price is $150/session.
Any sessions beyond 5 that are booked in July and August will be billed $150 following each session.
Services will be receipted following session so they can be submitted to your insurer if applicable.
Parent training can be invoiced if the parent participates in at least half of the session.
Payment can be made by e-transfer or credit card (over Jane App). Details for how and where these payments can be addressed will be provided at the intake visit.
The client or their guardian is responsible for all the costs associated with OT services regardless of insurance reimbursement.
Scheduling
When purchasing a “Summer Flex Package” you will have access to your OT’s online schedule from May 1st. We encourage you to book all 5 or more sessions as soon as possible to ensure availability that fits your summer schedule.
When choosing the “schedule as you go” option, you will be able to book as you go throughout the summer but availability is not guaranteed. We will continue to intake families from the waiting list if our therapists have availability that is not booked.
Cancellations
When purchasing a “Summer Flex Package” we have committed to working together towards set goals and therefore all sessions must be used by September 3rd 2024. Any credit on file due to missed sessions can be used as a Parent Consult, Community Consult and/or home programming in August or September 2024.
If purchasing the “schedule as you go” option, there is a 24hr cancellation requirement. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
“No show” sessions are billed at the full rate for package clients and schedule as you go clients.
