CATS Connection FAQ
Are the age ranges strict?
No, our age ranges are meant as a suggestion. We can be flexible with the ages to ensure that your child is in a group that is most appropriate for them.
How will group be billed?
While groups require payment in full on the first day of group, it is then invoiced to families following each session and parent consult. You will recieve a recipt following each session. Please note we require a deposit to reserve your spot in one of our CATS Groups.
Who is running the group?
Groups are run by a registered Occupational Therapist. Our CATS OTs are also supported with University Student Volunteers and/or OT students.
What if the group fills before I sign up?
Please reach out still as we will keep a waiting list incase someone has to cancel, or we have enough interest for an addional group.
Do I have to be a current or previous CATS client?
CATS Connection Groups are open to all children who are appropirate for a group setting. If you are not a current client with CATS we do require that you complete an intake session to ensure that your child is an appropriate fit for CATS Camp.
Are groups offered at your other locations?
Currently CATS Connection Groups are offered only at our Guelph location.
